When we founded Scholastic in 2007, our goal was simple: to build a state-of-the-art, Shariah-compliant school for our children. Alhamdulillah, the results affirm our efforts in academics. Yet our greater mission remains tarbiah, to see our students embody Islamic morals and confidence years after graduation. May Allah grant us sincerity and success in this endeavour

At SIU we aspire to produce graduates who are ‘muassir’ and not ‘muttassir’ (they are leaders and change agents and not blind followers).

At Scholastic Ibne Umar Campus, our vision extends beyond classrooms, textbooks, and examinations. We view education as an Amanah (trust)—one that shapes not only academic excellence but also character, discipline, and purpose. We are committed to ensuring that the systems supporting your child’s education are strong, transparent, and continuously improving. From effective resource allocation to operational excellence, our focus is to create an environment where teachers can teach effectively and students can learn without barriers.
Our goal is to build a school where excellence is intentional, not accidental—where every process, decision, and investment is guided by long-term impact and accountability. We believe that a school is not built by systems alone, but through strong partnerships. We are deeply grateful to our parents for their trust, our teachers for their dedication, and our students for their effort and ambition. Together, we aim to nurture individuals who are not only educated but also responsible, ethical, and value-driven.
We pray that Allah places barakah in this journey and enables us to continue serving with sincerity, excellence, and purpose—developing future leaders for the Ummah-

Vice-Principal (Boys Branch)

Students from Grade 4 to IGCSE go through rapid physical and intellectual changes, and schooling must adapt to these shifts. Boys, for example, begin to lose some of their early‑childhood pliability around Grades 3 and 4, which signals a broader transition toward greater independence and deeper learning needs. Schools that understand these patterns can support students more effectively.
I am honoured and blessed to have the opportunity to facilitate teachers as they nurture faith, academic excellence, and extra‑curricular growth. We strive to create an environment where every learner feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Teachers shape the daily experience of every learner, and my responsibility is to equip them with clarity, resources, and a shared sense of purpose. When teachers feel supported, students thrive.
SIU is already a great school, Maa shaa Allaah. It needs to rise further to a level where other schools—even conventional ones—look to our model for inspiration.
